Our 182 getting a new engine!

Published: February 24, 2018

Yes, our trusty "85 Golf," as we call her has flown uncounted loads over the years and now its time for a new engine -- its all part of routine maintenance and keeping us all safe. Wheither the engine is overhauld, rebuilt or replaced is still to be determined, but 85G will be hopefully be flying yet this coming summer.

In the meantime, we'll be flying our Cessna 206 with the big door and larger capacity. Current students who need a wing strut for exits, like the 182 provides, can elect to either wait, or continue to jump by crossing to either the Tandem Progression or Acclerated Free Fall methods.

It was amazing and I'm already planning my next jump.
